Workshop and Free Medical Health Camp Held in Sirajdikhan.
On the occasion of World Asthma Day, a workshop on pulmonary rehabilitation, a free medical health camp, and a discussion meeting were held in Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, under the theme “Asthma Care for All.” The event was organized by Ingenious Health Care Limited with the support of Orion Pharma Limited. The day-long program took place yesterday, Tuesday, at Arafat General Hospital in the Daniya Para area of Rashunia Union.
The program emphasized saying no to tobacco, protecting the lungs through vaccination, breathing clean air, and engaging in regular physical exercise. Pulmonary rehabilitation includes various physical exercises that are essential for improving lung function. This rehabilitation is especially important in post-COVID-19 treatment, as it helps patients return to their normal lives more quickly.
During the free medical camp, patients received free consultations. The workshop was attended by chest disease specialist Professor Dr. Mohammad Rashidul Hasan as the chief guest. Others present included pulmonary disease specialists Dr. Iqbal Hasan, Dr. Fatema Yasmin, Dr. Arman Faisal, and Director of Business Development of Ingenious Health Care Limited, Mohammad Jubayer Hasan Tamim, along with other regular physicians of Arafat General Hospital.
